At Chilliland, we take great pride in producing high‑quality chilli products and ensuring every order reaches you in perfect condition. Because our items are food products, we operate under a strict no‑returns policy for safety and hygiene reasons.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products, whether opened or unopened. This policy is in place to protect all customers and maintain the highest standards of food safety.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstance:

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, we will issue either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement item (depending on stock availability)

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by couriers

Missing or Incorrect Items

If something is missing or incorrect in your order, notify us within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly.
